1 month

Liam is one month old and already getting so big!

Exhausted after a refreshing outing to the park

Snuggling with his big brother Nefty in the hammock

Getting a bath

Tummy time on mommy

Snuggly in his car seat

Swaddled after a diaper change at the park

Sharing a moment with Nefty

You can't seem well in this photo, but Liam does not have the beautiful dark brown eyes of his daddy (and brothers). It looks like third time's a charm and he will have the green eyes of his mommy! He truly is our little Irish boy!

The Last Few Weeks

Where does the time go? Here we are, almost April 2010... I am the mother of three beautiful boys, my maternity leave is nearing its end, and my husband is home. Wow. Needless to say, we have been busy making the most of these last few weeks before I go back to work. Here are some glimpses of what we've been up to. :)

Nefty & Sol enjoying a snack of goldfish at a nearby park

Sol's dirt uni-brow

Playing in the dirt on the front porch

Testing out the new hammock- Nefty gives it a "thumbs up"!

Playing in the kiddie pool at SPLASH!

Modeling a brightly colored life jacket for mom

Nefty can't wait to get the life jacket off

Hanging out with friends at Roaring Rapids Pizza - spinning on the carousel

Nefty testing out his painting skills

Solomon blending all of the colors to make black

More fun at the park

My boys - all four of them. :)

2-week checkup

It is hard for me to believe, but Liam is already two weeks old! Which means he had his two week checkup with his pediatrician, and whoa! What a wonderful report! He has already gained nearly two pounds in his first two weeks, weighing in at a whopping 8 pounds 8 ounces! He has also grown half an inch already, measuring a total of 19 1/2 inches in length! And when they had to draw some blood for his PKU test (and all of the others), he didn't even flinch as he suckled his way through the pain. What a trooper! He even slept for quite awhile while I ran some errands before heading home. Overall, the outing was a great success!
